On June 4th, at 9am, the Pacific NW Division will host an event for players, coaches, referees and wanna-be referees.
NOTE: Location is still TBD. We will notify everyone as soon as it is confirmed.
From 9:30-noon, the official GAA training on how to be an umpire or linesman will get you in the know on being a match official. No more wondering about what to do with those flags, or where you are supposed to stand. The training will include a question and answer session on the rules of the games; and will count towards mandatory referee recertification.
For those people interested in becoming certified as a referee, the class will continue on until 5:30.
All are welcome to attend the afternoon session without any obligation to actually become a referee. Existing referees need only attend the morning session for recertification.
